The proposal is ready before the buyer forgets the call.
Most reps send a generic brochure three days later, or nothing. With the After-Call Deck, the rep says what happened on the call, answers a few quick questions, and gets a proposal deck built around that buyer's own situation, ready to check, edit and send.

How it works
- Say what happened. The rep picks the company and types or speaks the call notes on their phone.
- A few sharp questions. It asks the three to five things the notes left out that matter most for this buyer: fleet size, running costs, who signs, timing.
- A deck built for one buyer. Their project, their numbers, the matching product and a clear next step, drawn from the Prospect Desk record and your approved brochures.
- Check, edit, send. Anything not confirmed, such as prices, quantities or dates, is highlighted with a checklist. The rep edits any slide, then downloads the PDF and a covering message.
- Logged on the Desk. Every deck sent is recorded with the date and what was promised, so follow-ups don't slip.
What it never does
- State a product fact that isn't in your approved brochures and spec sheets.
- Make up a price. It shows "Price on request" unless your rep enters one.
- Send anything itself. Your rep reviews every deck and sends it to people who asked for it on the call.
Who it's for
