New: the AI Answer Check. Does ChatGPT name your company when buyers ask?

We now test, every month, whether the AI tools your buyers use actually recommend you, and what they say when they do.

New: the AI Answer Check. Does ChatGPT name your company when buyers ask?

Buyers no longer start with a search results page. They ask an AI tool a question: who supplies graders in KwaZulu-Natal, which logistics firms handle cross-border freight to Zambia, who should I call for a site security audit. The tool answers with three or four names. If yours isn't one of them, you were never in the race.

So we built a test for it. The AI Answer Check asks the leading AI tools twenty real buyer questions about your market, twice each, logged out, from your buyers' country. We record three things:

  • Named: the share of answers that mention you at all.
  • First: the share where you are the first name given.
  • Wrong: anything the AI says about you that is false, out of date or a competitor's claim.

You get the result as one page, with the questions, the answers and the fixes in order of payoff. We repeat it monthly so you can see whether the fixes are working.

The numbers come from a small sample, so we treat them as a direction, not a verdict, and say so on every report.

Want yours? The first check is free with a Market Brief. Ask for your brief.

See your market on one page. Free.

Tell us what you sell and where. Within days you get a one-page Market Brief: the companies buying now, who decides, why now, and how AI tools describe your company.
